This company is not fit for purpose, their level of workmanship is appallingly bad, they have caused huge damage to my property, the company owner hides his identity, there is no email address. When phoned they present themselves as being part of the emergency services, they are abusive and evasive, it is unclear if they have any public liability insurance in place. The website address link is a totally different company name. When I contacted Sussex Police with my concerns I was told in a written response that they do not affiliate at all with this company. When I spoke to the ambulance service they apologised to me and have escalated my concerns. I am now in contact with their legal team for damages. Avoid this Glazing company at all costs.
Dreadful dishonest company
This company is not fit for purpose, the business owner is evasive, dishonest, and rude. Their level of work is extremely poor. The company owner hides its full identity, there is no email address to communicate any issues in writing. On verbal telephone request he hides his name and hangs up each call when asked for basic information, its unclear if he has public liability as my request to see it was denied. I have written to the emergency services to request them to cease using this companies services as they are causing unnecessary damage to peoples properties.
